Thiruvananthapuram 3rd T20 match between India and New Zealand seems to be under rain threat as it has been raining for the last three days in the Kerala capital and Sunday once again received heavy showers, which kept the central part of the Greenfield International Stadium’s ground under the covers. This is the first ever T20I to be staged in Kerala and is being held at the Greenfield Stadium, which was the venue of the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2015 National Games. A Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) official said“These are not seasonal rains but yes it has been regular for the last three days. Importantly, rain has been forecast for the next three days too which could put the match in jeopardy. Another official said,“Even if it rains the entire day, the drainage here is so good that we can have the ground clear of rainwater in no time.
